Since the creation of ?mixmi in 2011, we have been USDA Smart Snack compliant. mixmi is made with milk from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. All flavors of mixmi are made with natural colors and flavors. We culture our milk using 5 different live and active probiotic cultures. Two independent laboratories have tested mixmi for probiotic counts. Results were an average of over 20 billion CFUs per 6 fl. oz. cup. We add a special fiber to our recipe that has a prebiotic tendency to help our probiotics thrive once eaten. mixmi is a truly cultured yogurt in a delicious frozen state.
