SITE 
Hadley Farms is a full service bakery located in the small western Maryland village of Smithsburg. Owned and operated by the DeHaan family since 1980, our 100 employee plant has manufactured items for both the foodservice and retail market achieving sales in excess of 18 million dollars. Our relatively small size within the baking industry permits us to handle account, regardless of their size, in a personal and professional manner. The Customer Service and Sales Departments are characterized by our company motto "Baked With You In Mind"
Hadley Farms' position in the baking business has come from a combination of determination, hard work, and the ability to change to meet the demands of the market. Our Research and Development Department works hand in hand with our customers to manufacture product that better serve their particular needs, whether it is a new product, customized packaging, or specialized labeling.
Hadley Farms has maintained a perfect safety record in the food industry. Our production facility operates under the HACCP program, and the HACCP Plan is constantly reviewed to insure that this record remains intact. Our plant is certified as an Approved Food Establishment for the United States Armed Forces Procurement, and currently holds a Tablet K Certificate in Kosher Products.
