American Foods Group has been producing ground beef product since 1986. The ground beef program is designed to offer our customers value, consistency, superior quality and service. We are a full-line ground beef producer featuring coarse and fine grinds in three, five and ten pound chubs. We also offer a primal derived program and private labeling that is of benefit to our customers. Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) case ready ground beef and over-wrap case ready ground beef is available in one pound, two pound and three pound portions. Patties in 80% to 96% lean content and primal derivative chuck, round, and sirloin patties in a variety of sizes are available in one pound through four-pound packages with four-ounce patties.
