This product is a variety pack containing three different cubed cheeses. Cube size is 3/4". Color: dark orange and creamy white. Cheddar cheese has a full, clean rich flavor profile followed by typically sweet cheddar notes. Swiss cheese has a nutty sweet flavor profile. Process Pepper Jack cheese has a mild creamy flavor followed by heat from jalapeno peppers. Melts when heated.
