Canned Mixed Vegetables consist of a combination of the following ingredients: fresh or frozen carrots, potatoes, peas, corn, green beans, celery and lima beans in the required proportions and water, with salt, onion flavoring and calcium chloride added. The product is packed in hermetically sealed containers and sufficiently processed by heat to assure preservation.
