Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes

Fresh shredded potatoes are blended with a thick roux based creamy chicken soup, lots of mild cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, minced onions and special seasonings, all covered by a thin layer of crushed corn flake crumbs. Serve as a side dish at breakfast with eggs & bacon or at dinner with steak or burgers.
