Each individually wrapped bar is a good source of 9 vitamins and minerals -- Vitamin A, Calcium, Thiamin, Niacin, Folic Acid, Iron, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Every serving also provides 11 grams of whole grains and equals a 1/2 grain credit. They are individually wrapped for convenience and portion control.
