An assortment of small hearth-baked, dinner rolls. Twenty four rolls of each variety: FRENCH DINNER ROLL, SEEDED FRENCH DINNER ROLL, RUSTIC DINNER ROLL and WHEAT ROLL, are included in each shipping case. The French roll has a traditional French bread flavor. The seeded French roll is topped with a combination of sesame seeds, amaranth, and poppy seeds. The rustic roll is square shaped, and flecked with wheat germ. The flavor profile is tangy, with olive oil notes. The wheat roll has a mild wheat bread flavor and a touch of honey. All the rolls have a soft interior, with a random, open cell structure. They are distributed as parbaked and frozen, ready to be final baked and served.
