Our selection of whole grain, heirloom, and specialty rices are grown on pristine lands. Traditional rice varietals are often more nutritious than high yielding varietals which are bred to optimize size and yields rather than nutrient content. The cultivation methods used by farmers to grow our rice such as organic methods and the System of Rice Intensification (SRI) focus on promoting soil health and removing toxic agrochemicals from the soil and water. Soils rich in organic material and micronutrients contribute to the nutritional profile of the rice.
Our rices are gluten free and wheat free, good sources of protein and dietary fiber, and high in many essential minerals.
