Peterson Farms Fresh Inc., a state of the art fresh-cut facility, established in 2004, focusing on production of apples, grapes and oranges.    We are dedicated to preserving the freshness of the fruit, so only the highest quality produce finds its way to our fresh-cut line.   Our fruit isn’t just fresh… it’s Peterson Fresh.

Peterson Farms Inc. is a marketing leader of frozen fruits in the United States.  Annually, we market over 125 million finished pounds of frozen fruits in addition to 5 million gallons of single strength apple juice and juice concentrates.  The frozen commodities we process are tart cherries, sweet cherries, cultivated blueberries, Cling and Freestone peaches, Damson plums and apples.
