Ivar’s seafood restaurant founder, Ivar Haglund, opened Seattle's first aquarium in 1938 on the Seattle Waterfront.  Today, our family of restaurants consists of a distinguished trio of waterfront dining establishments and 25 seafood bars from Santa ClaraCalifornia south to BellinghamWashington north and east to Spokane

We produce award-winning chowders, tartar and cocktail sauces in our USDA certified kitchen for wholesale and retail customers.

After 70 years, Ivar’s still remains the Northwest's favorite seafood.
