We start with petite, yet flavorful button mushrooms and season them in a zesty marinade of olive oil, vinegar, garlic and Italian spices. Firm and delicious, they can be added to a tossed salad, served alongside of grilled meats or added to an antipasto tray of sliced meats (prosciutto, salami, mortadella), Italian cheeses, pepperoncini, olives, roasted peppers and crunchy breadsticks.
