Wedges may be used for many different purposes. Serve with a burger or sandwich. Use as an appetizer with such garnishes as guacamole, ketchup, cheese sauce, salsa, creamy salad dressing or dips such as onion, clam, horseradish, bacon etc. The wedges are well accepted in schools, convenience stores and delis.
(Keep frozen until ready to use) ; DEEP FRYER:; Fry at 375 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.; CONVENTIONAL OVEN:; Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until done.; CONVECTION OVEN:; Bake at 400 degrees for 7 - 10 minutes or until done.
