Soybean/ Olive Pomace Oil can be used cold for salad dressing and/or mayonnaise. Hot uses include sauteing (vegetables), searing (meats) and frying.
Best used for sauteing, searing, caramelizing, roasting and frying. Soybean/ Olive Pomace blends have a high smoke point meaning it holds up well under high heat.

Store at room temperature, removed from moisture and direct sunlight. Exposure to freezing temperatures will not impact oil quality. Frozen product should be allowed to gradually return to liquid state. Product should not be heated above 90F; direct heat will damage oil quality.
