Use Multi Grain Blend as a way to incorporate the health benefits of whole grains into soups, stews, pilafs, stuffing and chili. It is an easy way to add 7 grains into a bread dough.
Combine 1 cup Multi Grain Blend, 2 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan set over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a tight fitting lid and cook until all liquid is absorbed and grains are tender. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
