Gravy
Place 3 qts. (96 fl. oz.) water in saucepan and bring to a rapid boil. Combine in a separate container 1 qt. (32 fl. oz.) slightly warm tap water and 13 oz. package of gravy mix. Use wire whisk to completely blend gravy mix and water to form a lump-free roux. Pour roux into boiling water and blend with a wire whip until lump-free. Remove from heat.
