Over twenty years ago, Guido Tremolini and Simona Faroni (G.S. Gelato owners) moved from Italy to the United States with a passion for gelato and a desire to achieve the American dream. They imported the first-ever authentic Italian gelato-making equipment and began their journey to becoming the leaders in the market for foodservice and retail gelato and sorbet manufacturing.

Today G.S. Gelato & Desserts Inc. is manufacturer of the most exquisite authentic Italian gelato in the USA.  Their gelato is crafted using original family Recipes, Ingredients and flavorings from Italy, along with carefully sourced prime products from around the world.
