Minor's Hollandaise Sauce Gluten Free is a creamy butter sauce with real egg yolk and a hint of lemon. This sauce may be customized to create a signature hollandaise or bearnaise sauce. Use for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner over eggs, vegetables, fish or beef. Pack size is 1 case of 12 tubs at 1.5 lbs. No Artificial Flavors. 0g Trans Fat per serving. A creamy, smooth sauce famous for Eggs Benedict and easily modified to offer a range of unique sauces.
