A blend of high quality ingredients are added to enrich the flavor of meat. Stouffer's Chicken Base is well suited for soups and gravies. It lends a tempting flavor to mashed potatoes or rice. Mix with yogurt and chicken to make a tangy chicken salad. Pack size is one 50lb pail. Stouffer's Chicken Base combines fresh chicken and chicken stock. For an instant flavorful stock or broth, add Base to water and stir: 1 lb Base + 5 gallons water or 5 lb Base + 25 gallons water or 50 lb Base (container) + 250 gallons water.
