DIRECTIONS: Microwave (1100 W)
  • Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap.
  • Heat on high for 10 minutes or until
heated throughout.
  • Remove overwrap and gently stir
vegetables and curry sauce.
  • Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
Conventional Oven
  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Remove tray from carton and
overwrap. Cover tray with foil.
  • Place tray on a cookie sheet on
center oven rack.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil, gently stir vegetables
and curry sauce. Replace foil and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until heated throughout.
  • Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
Do not use a toaster oven. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
