Made with celery powder and sea salt, this spicy sausage has a robust flavor that is delicious on its own or served on a tray of sausage and cheese. Our jalapeño sausages include no added nitrates or nitrites, except what is naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt. Cut this spicy summer sausage into chunks for an antipasto salad, or slice this organic beef sausage into rounds and top a sandwich for a flavorful kick.
