Double acting baking powder, used as an leavening agent in dough and batter products. Neutral taste. Will not affect the delicate flavor of baked goods. Ideal for quick rise breads, biscuits, scones, muffins, cookies, cakes, and more. A kitchen essential for any baker, provides the optimal consistency, texture and volume.
