1/3 cup butter, softened • 5 Tbsp cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup powdered sugar • 1/4 cup honey
For Frosting: Place 1/3 cup butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix until well blended. Add powdered sugar and honey; continue mixing until smooth and creamy.
STIR together milk, oil, egg and full box cornbread mix until blended.
SPOON batter into pan or fill muffin pan 2/3 full.
BAKE as directed below or until light golden brown. For muffins, cool 5 minutes; gently loosen and remove from pan. Cool completely and store in tightly covered container.
